Cryx Bonejack

This is my first PP mini and the first mini that I've painted in about a year. There's very little in the way of highlighting on it as I'm trying to learn to paint over white with very thin paints and inks. I'm not the neatest painter as you can see and, yes, I know there's no base. I'm really after some help if someone could point me in the right direction.

Just because you are leaving comments doesn't mean you have to give him a score that the model obviously does not deserve.

As a testing ground for a white undercoat i think there are more suitable models around. this one in my opinion would clearly benefit from dark, sinister colours, better suited to a black coating. the metal parts, however, and also the green areas would make a fine contrast so need no or few further work. Keep on it, there are no "instant" masterpieces, i think, it takes work, practice and patience! if you decide to add on/rework it, let us now! Happy painting!

I like the character very much, but the the grey pieces look like they weren't painted. My advice is to first paint the whole character black. Then drybrush the "metal" parts with light or dark silvercolour. The already green parts look cool but if you make a couple of different layers of green tand end with the darkest layer of green, Then i think it would look fabulous. By the way, did you make some parts of the character with green stuff?
