Cleric defender of the Faith
This miniatures was extremely fun to paint. There was a lot of leeway as so what can be done with this figure. I chose NMM for the armor and gold cuffs. For the Catholic Church red color represents the passion of faith. When analyzing the cleric he struck me as a man who has a profound level of faith as he seems to subdue his foes with only his bible and faith. Red was quite the appropriate color. The cape was a deep red. The reason for this was to give symmetry to the figure without the cape taking away from the face. The deep red would hide in the background and leave the focus on his face and chest.
