because the mini should have 9 or 10 easy with that nice sword and super duper banner, but the base is very poor and i think that for a better note than 8 you need a better base
Put the mini itself should have 9 or 10 at least :D
One of the best paint i have seen, sad to see it on a poor base like that :(
