Gengis Khan, White scars primarch

A conversion I did one year ago : Kubilai Khan primach of the White Scars Chapter. I used Abbadon upper body and head, a grey knight haleberd and a terminator helmet and legs. The shoulder pads have been resculpted and I added 2 bolters on the shoulders.... I reckon painting is not that good and the camera angle is wrong... will need a rpost !

Not a bad paintjob. Paint job aside, there are two things you might want to consider. First, the White Scars Primarch's name was Jaghatai Khan, NOT Ghengis Khan (who was a Mongol Leader, not a Space Marine Primarch). Lastly, as mentioned below, the White Scars are a fast, bike-oriented army (terminator armor = too slow), so maybe Jaghatai would be best suited on a SM bike.

None too shabby. The problem with him not looking 'primarch' like is the legs. GW Terminator legs are awful. Try changing them and the whole model will feel different.

This is a competent mini but does not shout "Primarch" at me at all. By that I mean Primarch's are practically god-like characters and this guy looks more like a generic captain. If you are going to use terminator armour on a Primarch I'd suggest building it up and, therefore, making him look more ‘hulking’ - extend the limbs and body. That said, the paintjob looks decent enough (given the difficulty of working with white) and the weapon is nice...
