Mystery female vampire fig on sculpted base by James

If someone knows what this figure is called, please feel free to let me know. I had purchased it in a large batch of assorted GW minis, and there was no lable or packaging to inform me as to its origins. Thought it would be fun to get back to my lava base again.. been a while :-)
