Dwarven Wizard on Flying Carpet
I bought this mini because of all the detail in the front. It's a beast to paint but very satisfying! I saw Idahoans' terrific job on him also. The carpet is sculpted as are the base elements. The pseudodragon familiar (Reaper) was fun to paint in keeping with the general color scheme. All the patterns are freehand with a fine brush. All the painting was done with Liquitex artists acrylic paints. They don't have the same value as pot paints but layering can be a liitle easier with them.
