The gloss finish on this piece really hurts the look of this one, bringing it down to table-top quality for me as it's really hard to judge the paint job. There seems to be promise here in what I can see; the right side of his chest plate looks like the start of some good blending, but overall it looks like it could use some more shading and highlights. I'm sure this mini looks better in person than shown here.
