Well, I think the ivory colour you have is a start. Add one more wash of thinned brown ink in the crevices only, and then either drybrush or line highlight with skull white. You might as well include any skulls on her in this process. Maybe rethink the cloak colour....are you aiming for a blue or purple colour? Purple might actually look good with the ivory. I'd suggest repainting the red hands the same as the rest of your amour. The gold could do with a brown ink wash (doesn't need to be as thinned), and then highlighted with burnished gold or shining gold mixed with mithril solver. For the rest, such as the tubing, guns, etc. I'd recommend doing them black with a subtle codex grey+black drybrush for now. :)
Don't mind the rating, it's just an expression that this miniature is not finished. In fact you hardly started. And that is my first advice: Remove the paint and start all over again. You need to practice, e.g. on a less important mini. You seem to have difficulties getting the paint where it belongs. If you need inspiration which colour scheme to use: browse the cmon gallery. If you have decided what colours to use then look at the mini and think about the following: Which part of the mini will be paintet in which colour?
