I actuly had this done awhile ago but just got around to posting it. Its painted in dark colors so you cant see it that well but it had a dirty look to its cloths because hes living in mordor.
Basically, I think he looks unfinished and far too grey. Try to get a little colour in there, I think brown would work I think. The base is also too bright for that dark guy which once again makes him look unfinished - as I said, I would add a little brown, and also I would define the face more. Overall, I do not really dare to give a score ;)
