I like the earth tone color choices, especially with the base, and the face is very nice. I agree that some more highlighting would help a bit and paint the sides of the base where it looks like its been handled and has rubbed off some, but thats nitpicking :)
Great skin tones on the face and striking color selection. What really makes this piece pop off the screen for me is the how well balanced all of the colors are. The base is also really nice. I think with some additional highlighting, this piece could score even higher!
