Not a bad start, the yellow looks a bit textured in places try thinning your paint down a bit then it wont dry too quick and texture up like that. You might also find it easier if you black out and then highlight the air intakes on the jump pack before painting the gold edging around the outside. The way that you have done it may prove to be a bit awkward and you may spend extra time having to retouch the gold. Good start though.
Solid job slightly below tabetop quality, you hit the details nicely, but why is he pink?? BA are red, sometimes with a bit of ornmage, but this pink is too strong. Try using a red tone over a brown or purple base, this here doesn´t look nice.
