I see this picture as a parody of a dwarf general. It has all the elements. A real goblin-way to mock your enemy! Really funny, actually. A great idea!
Every good general knows the most efficient use of your men is to have two occupied by holding a third on a shield while he struggles to maintain balance. That's a miscast waiting to happen. Still, it's a very attractive model. I like it. And it is "true" that Goblins cannot hold a lot of weight, but it's also "true" that Goblins do not weigh a lot.
