Well, overall I don't rate it as highly as Haleys, but some elements are as good as if not better. (boots, jacket, face)
Your style is different and softer. I personally like the red pants and the clean face and don't think you need to add detail that isn't there. Deeper red possibly, and I'd work on smoothing out the metal bits.
Excellent job, Glenn. The browns on the jacket are especially well done, and the face is done very well... very soft and subtle. However, the reds of the pants (red pants? What, are we in the 80s? ;) ) photographed a bit flat tho. More definition and exaggeration are needed for the camera to pick up the highlights. Also, I know Jennifer Haley can't really go to town on her DA models because they're supposed to advertise the quality of the sculpting (i.e. since she's the staff painter for DA, she might not be allowed to imply detail that hasn't been sculpted on), but you shouldn't feel restricted by the same rules. Go nuts! Check out some of Brom's original artwork, and try and replicate some of the very cool facial tattoos and printed patterns that he gives his subjects.
