My newest work.. This one took me 20 hours to paint, and at one point I had gotten very frustrated with him. A pretty difficult piece to paint, because he's so small and the pose of the hands certainly don't make the painting easier ! It's my first cork base I've ever done and I mounted it on a 25mm square base so it would be bigger and more stylish. I think it turned out pretty good for a first one. He's standing(or rather jumping off) on a Chaos Warrior, that's not my work. It's the sculptors fault :) He was there before. The things I probably like most about him are.. - The base - The blood on his axes(a mix of Red Gore, Red ink and Flesh wash) - And the face.
