Converted Hasidic Jew
I took what I think is an old Rafm miniature - the company name is messed up on the bottom - and used the green stuff to convert him from a gypsy into a Hasidic Jew. If you want to get technical, from the height of his streimel (fur hat), you can tell he's a Ger Hasid. I also added long payess. I added a wash of silver on the coat because the special Shabbos coats of the Hasidim are very shiny silk. And he's carrying a club because .... all miniatures must be armed? And he originally had one. Painting time was under an hour, but it took an hour to convert. The photo is not great and I apologize.
