The eyes and hair are well executed, and I don't mind the color selection, but you have no transitions in your color palette; its only shade and highlight.
I'm a personal hater of blacklining, but it doesn't look bad here - just needs to be blended a bit more smoothly.
9 for the face. She looks great. There's a real feminine quality to the hair and eyes. The rest of her is pretty nice. My only crit would be the green clothing. For some reason it looks like green stuff and thus unfinished. Could be just a trick of the light or somethign but more highlighting might bring it out more. Great mini!
