Not bad. the eyes need some more work - they are always the hardest part. A dark green/gray wash would give the armor some more depth and it is overall a bit monochrome for my tastes - I'd like to see the wings on her helmate and the leather straps & belts done with a different color than the armor. Finally, but a bit of grass or sand on the base so it looks finished too.
Keep painting and improving.
