This is my chaplain. I got this after i finished my lizardmen-warband (wich where the first models i've ever painted). So this was in a early stage of my painting-years. Im not happy with the picture, i think its too blurry. I must be honest, i have'nt highlighted it one bit (except the skeleton/eagle on the cheast, and the base) In real-life he dont seem to need high-lights. The skin is kinda odd, i cant remember how i pained it. Tough i do remember someone on my gaming club said that he tought it looked like he stuck his head in a dirty toilet...anyway. Also, the one eye that aint bionic is really sharp, and is without doubt the best eye i've ever pained (you can see this, even from this crummy picture). And the banner is, unfortunetly, a photo-copy wich i've painted, i wasn't the best on free-hand and didnt have a motive in my head. Comments are welcome!

I painted the skin bronzed flesh, flesh wash, trybrush bronzed flesh and mayby a final light drybrush of elf flesh. The armour i can agree on, tough it looks soo good IRL:P, and i wanted to make the metal look clean, since he has such high status he should be shiny.

banner-good flesh-needs some shading probably try starting with a darker fleshtone (ie. Tanned flesh/dark flesh) then drybrushing a lighter one over it. armour-could use a few highlights metal-could use a little less paint, maybe try drybrushing it over a black undercoat.
