You got a good stone look to it. Maybe a small wash on wings with dark grey/black to bring out a bit more texture? Not sure. I got a reaper gargoyle as well, so I gotta figure out how to make it look like stone :(
I like the base.
I think for the eyes, a bit more highlighting/blends to make it appear like they are glowing? maybe even lighting effects on it would be sweet :)
