A very well painted model, very convincing as nurgle. But, the base looks like there's nothing on it, exvept for that helmet, a nurgling, and a pipe. That really brings down the quality of the model in my eyes. I woulda gave you an 8 if the base was as good as the model, but without the base, it's just not as good as it could be.
