What a fun guy to paint! The metals are all done in metalic, highlighted with metalics, hope it worked! I went for a simple base, I liked him so much that I did'nt want to be distracted by some fancy base, so simple stones. Let me know what you think, I have been working on my wood, and on darklining. Constructive comments, advice and hints most welcome. Thanks for looking. Gin

I think a few more highlights on the hair would really make this mini 'pop'. Cool guy though.

Looks good! The contrast on his muscles is a little strong for my taste (I don't like the really dark shadows). One thing I may have changes is the colour of his shield. It is very close to other colours on him. I may have gone for a black ash or a very pale pine/beech wood colour. Shaz

I love bugbears! The wood looks good. My favorite part is the hair on his legs. Very realistic hairy legs!
