Thats a pretty sharp paint job. I like the choice of colors. I suppose the knee pad might need some shading though. The face looks great. For some reason I really don't mind black bases on SciFi minis so no credit loss there.
Nice job really, you´re one of the few people who actually care about what their gaming pieces look like... anyway, good armor and skintones, but perhaps you shouldn´t make white parts that white, start grey and highlight to white, pure white is very unnatural; and please, base him!
