Well, you see, this is a comparison shot between two styles of highlighting. The one on the left was highlighted with yellow added to scorpion green, while the one on the right was painted with goblin green and highlighted by mixing white to it.
It's kinda funny that you put these two in the picture together because I think the one on the right looks more like a 7 and the one on the left looks more like a 6. :) The blue background clashes a bit.
