Chaos Space Marine follower of Nurgle
The bloated look is popular with nurgle followers, but I've always favored the zombie look. I used the head of a zombie or skeleton or something from one of the sprues that came with that nifty lost and the damned conversion bag GW offered for a while...man that was a good deal. I used a bit of insulated solid core copper wire to make a neck, and just used paint to suggest a thinly skinned spine. The base is mostly hot glue, painted to a nice slimy green, and given a gloss clear coat to give it the wet look. This was a really fun mini, the simplicity of the space marine form really let me go to town on the zombie flesh head, and the little skull on the shoulderpad just turned out really well.
