I'm not sure about needing more highlights, but adding in some deeper shading would most certainly help to acheive the look your after IMO.

Thanks Keith. Whiz and I discussed the skin. The last one of these I did was with less shadow and less highlight. We figured I was still fallin' short. You're absolutely right on the "skin problem". I think I'm gonna take the highlight up a notch or two with some bone/ivory, and maybe take the shade down at least one more notch.
