I disagree with Micha & Dradjeel, the grungy look is unusual and very effective. He looks like an actual warrior in battle, not a freshly-waxed armor suit on parade. I would have given him a sculpted mud base but with a whole squad to finish I can understand plain flock.
I'm going to have to agree, this guy looks like he's been through nine different kinds of hell in that armor. Acceptable for Chaos, but it looks a bit odd on the Emperor's Finest.
