As i am no CMON veteran and try to improve, every helpful advice (esp. regarding digital photography, lighting, background etc.) is very welcome!

Try use aluminium beer can, from this you can shape (flex) a banner the way you want it and beer cans are more durable than paper I presume (obviously). In my opinion there are some advantage to take from and I will test this when the time comes!

the banner is made from a simple strip of paper, as it represented the best method of delivering some freehand... at the time i hadn´t discovered "magic sculpt" yet, my favourite modelling putty and wasn´t skilled enough to try sculpting a banner anyway... nowadays the lack of folds on a paper banner make me think it could look better when sculpted, but the more dynamism of the sculpt makes painting it all the more difficult.... in this piece i am quite contend with the results, though thank you for your comments! happy painting!
