I think it looks great. Nice and creepy like a big bug should. However being that it's so dark makes it hard to see, much less distinguish, details. Personally I like it as is, looks like a cockroach (it's a Tyranid, that's a compliment) but it may be why the score is where it's at. Maybe try taking a pic with more light, put a desk lamp upper right, another upper left, another directly above if needed to show off the figure.
If more light doesn't work then my constructive criticism is you may want to think about colour composition/selection. Perhaps some highlights on edges? or lighter parts to seperate from the darker. Visually, if done right, putting some highlights/lighter segments in there will make the figure as a whole look darker by comparison, which sounds odd but works.
