I love this mini. I built it out of the Great horned rat body, an old minotaur head, the tail and claw from the giant scorpion, and Nagash's Sword. Add in some skeleton heads, a space marine helmet ( painted in the chapter I play of course) some fine jewelers chain and wire to make most of the arm bands. The "warp stone" at his feet is a piece of coal painted black then hilighted with snot green. Over all I think the mini looks cool and unique. It always turns heads when I put it on the table.
