The green skin looks nice and I like the light green claws, the face is well done, too. Your metallics need some work though, they look a bit flat as does the axe shaft, his horns and the loincloth. That ribbon which holds his beard together and the colour of the beard itself look too similar. Maybe a bone colour would have set it off better and given the model central eyecatcher
