This is like the 10th mini i paint, so i dont expect any good grades. But please leave me some advice on how i can improve. Thanx!

You are very much on the right track. There are a few things you will need in order to break out though. The most important is probably blacklining. You have a lot of very light colors on your mini, and in order to distinguish them you need to have darker colors (not necessarily black) on the borders where the two colors meet. Also, I would take a different approach to hair. Instead of having the very dark recesses when painting white hair, I find it is better to use a light brown or light grey, then mix your way up to white. Still, nice work.

Very good for a tenth mini. I think the mini could be a 7 with just a little black/darklining, especially where the skin touches the cloak. Nice base too, by the way.

You're on the right track, you just need to practice and view a lot of the really good figures. Some dark colors for contrast & maybe a wash of dark blue would be nice.
