That's my Colonel. It's tabletop standard for me. I don't like the mini at all and decided to hide this ugly mug behind beard and cover this silly pose (with raised powerfist) with orc's head. I'm sending a sharper pic. Comments welcome.

I like the pose, and agree that the original was kind of stupid. At least now he has a reason to hold up that hand and immensely heavy metal glove.
