A closer picture of the miniature would be advisable, at this range you cant really see that much (other then its a tad better then tabletop quality), this is a typical mini that gets a less score then it deserves because of the picture, it might be a 7 or even an 8.
One thing (which could be the light in the picture), the metal seems abit to light, a wash of black should fix that nicely, but then again it might just be the brightness in the picture.
6.5 Your brush control is good. The mini is clean. Base-work is sound. I see bits of highlights. Explore shadows and take the highlights up another notch.
