Amiryth Elmlighter, Reaper #2711

This is my first Gael Goumon's sculpt, and it amazed me! I just fixed the mini after the first post by getting the cloak highlights a little less harsh, painted the tiny white dots in her pupils (i just forgot about them before :-D) and did a little freehand on the front of her base. I tried to keep natural colour, so a lot of browns and greens here. I kept very smooth transitions for the skin, as i've seen that female minis don't need a very sharp muscle definition, right? I decided to put her on a tall cliff of rock to enhanche the idea of the flowing hair and cloak, then a little static grass and bushes to enrich the base a little. Stringing the bow with my girlfriend's hair took me almost an hour, but i think it's worth. Unfortunately my photo skills suck, but i hope you'll like it anyway... Comments/tips/advices/criticisms are always welcome, as usual! Cheers =) Luca

Very well done to you sir! Love the attention to detail, complimentary colours and string in the bow. The base is just superb too! Fantastic and much better than anything I could do, but just not quite a 10 from me. A truly beautiful piece thanks for sharing!

Beautiful rich colors. There is such a feel of realism here...the way everything just looks right. Plus great job on stringing that bow!
