L´Ogre Dragon et le Gardien de la Lagune
Dedicated to LUIS GOMEZ PRADAL Bronce Demon at Paris 2004 Golden Demon-PRESTIGE I was 5 months to get this result. I tryied to change the typical image of Shaagoth, wich i think is an impressive mini. I used the small sword of Nagash, the arms of the old Great Demon of Nurgle, for the shield i used the head of an old pink horror. I made an arachnid, an enchanted tree,....... to get the univers of chaos, very fantasious. The "break" of the mini was difficult, i wanted to see him flying completely. I sculpted a lot of things, part from the body, left arm... tools, wings were changed with fire. Like Robert de Niro, like Marlon Brando when they did great papares for films, i spend hours, hours, days, nights... just to give you my VISION OF SHAAGOTH, i hope you find it interesting. An embrance to all the painters ENGLISH, FRENCH.........AND OBVIOUSLY SPANISH!!! Thanks to the staff of GW at the contest, they were incredible polite with us, the judges, everybody was incredible nice!! Special attention to Jeremie Bonamant, an enormous painter, and my friend, Matt Parkes ( hope to see you soon). LUIS va por ti!
