This is my Bretonnian Lord. It came in second at a local competition, i just started the freehand on the sheilds and could use some tips on it thx.

6.5 on this one... I like what you have done, but I think your color range is too broad.. that is, too many colors have been used. It's alittle overly complex/confusion with all of the contrasting colors.
The freehand dragon looks good, but I would have painted it with a light blue first, and then worked up to white, to give it more depth. The dragon on the shield also could use a wash/darklining to help make it stand out from the shield.
