It looks like you've painted a bit of the eye on the top of the cheek. I'd recommend a dark line under the eye -- a dark flesh color, for instance. This would be painted on the cheek part. You can easily do it by painting the dark flesh color on the cheek and then paint over most of the dark color with the normal flesh color. (I've always found it easier to overpaint eyes onto surrounding flesh and then clean up the skin after.)
