Little Dude

This is one of reapers familar miniatures, I've no idea what he is, but he looks cool. He's tiny, about 1cm high, so was rather fiddly to paint, still I think he came out alright. I've been experimenting with using off colours rather than white when highlighting, the red was taken from a scorched brown, mixed up with blood red to red and further highlighted with a touch of orange. The effect is less bright, and more earthy. I'm still trying to get the hang of silver NMM, this one was complicated because the blade had ridges in it making it look kind of stone like, maybe I should have just gone for an obsidian blade instead. Comments, as always, welcome. :)

Your NMM silver is really well done. I didn't know it was NMM until you said so! The yellow on the ring of the base is a little bright, but its still a great paint job!

Love this set. Painted the little Raggedy Ann doll thing. But you did SO much better.

More of an 8.5. this is nice work and cleanly done. Thanks for the explanation of your method of painting. I wouldn't worry about about silver NMM this looks very much like you've hit the nail on the head.
