Another great color scheme. I agree that the tentacles need shading (or perhaps more dramatic shading). I think gloss coat works well here.

Robe and cloak are fine. It's the head that needs more work; the tentacle joints and the face could use a little more shading to define what is where.

(5.5-6) Nice work on the tiny little patterns of the robe, those are tough to pick out. The highlights, especially on the cape and robe, could be just a little stronger, so they stand out.
