Ysis; Viper of the Desert

Well here is my second completed Rackham figure, Ysis; The Viper of the Desert. Although technically she is in fact the third figure Confrontation figure I’ve painted as I missed a moulding line on her the first time and had to strip her and start again. (See the “Don’t you hate it when this happens…” thread) As with all Rackham figures, there is a wealth of detail on the miniature with lots of small buttons on both the Tunic and Armour. Especially the false navel on the front of the tunic, couldn’t understand why that was there until I was going through the catalogue. Oh, Dirz are clones. D’uh. :) She is a very lithe and athletic figure, in a very complex pose which made Painting and Photographing her rather problematical. She’s painted entirely in Vallejo Model colours and sealed with Humbrol Matte Cote. As always comments are appreciated.

6.5 - A little rough in parts ans not up to your normal level - the mould-line on the leg is a little upsetting :(
