i find i tend to do this myself too. remember to paint your base as well. just leaving it as regular sand or w/e u used just looks odd. i like the legs out like that. its like he just released his little scarab thingies and protecting them until the final battle!
well i'm not to fond of a few things on this model. One, the legs spread out it just doesn't look right to me, and Two the four arms, yeah it has a kind of powerfull thing to it, but i don't think you pulled it off all that well, soryr to say, i'm sure afte ra little while, or on another model it will turn out good. other than that i think it all looks pretty good, i like the staff too. and the little scarabs on the base look good too
