On most issues quite good, especially the details. But there are some issues. As Katana says, it looks a bit bloated. I'd at least thin down the front legs and add clearer muscles as they look like puppet arms this way. The legs also look "separate" from the body. Kind of stuck on. I'd suggest having a look at other dragon models, real life lizards and dinosaur pics to see how legs are attached to actual animals before going on. Texture looks ok. You may want to do a test on a separate pieces and see how well it paints. Pose is good.
