Marcus Gideon Undead Hunter

This was a practice paint job on metallics for a contest that I missed. I'm really bad in making deadlines.
:P

I painted up a mini last year in the same color scheme. I just wanted to see if I could improve on it. This time around, I took care in making the blend on the silver parts more apparent. And I'm quite pleased how the sword came out.

I worked with the blue armor more, making it darker so you can see the transition to mythril white on the highlights. And I've used NMM on the edges of the belt and buckles since I don't like metallics on such a small area.

Enjoy!

Way to go on the mixing of NMM and traditional metalics. Even thoe some people here really frown on mixxing the two I agree with you, NMM works really well on smaller areas. I really like the metalics on larger areas, as NMM on large areas tends ( IMHO) to look "cartoony" and un-realistic. Thanks for sharing this wonderfull mini with us!
