I agree with NecroN, the hair is very nicely done. I also like the wood of the shield, great worn look, and her boots. Some of the shadowed areas (inside of right help, above right knee) look a little blotchy.

Very nicely done, I love the two tone green freehand! Plus the red hair looks like red hair, a problem I have been having with my minis.
