I agree the dark moody colours are great, but it seems to need some more contrast, somehitng needs to be made brighter. The warts (?) look good, however this coule be improved by putting a red hint around them, to make them look irritated and painful.
Other than that the photo needs ot be a bit clearer - good job overall though!
