I swear to (diety of choice) people either don't read or understand that this is 10mm scale! YOur current 6.4 is ridiculous for this piece! For this scale, this is excellent work. I was going to give you an 8, but I'll bump it to a 9 to help offset some of the ignorance. Very nice!
This is a nice piece. The flag in particular is very good. Some differentiation on some of the interior details would help (the swords blend into the armor). 10mm is a tough scale to work in, though.
