the blade isn't neccacerally tyhe wrong way round. it depends what stlye of fighting he is doing. it looks like a katana so it's the right way round. there are japaneese styles of fighting where the sword is sharpened on the back side of the blade, or the blade is reversed. when you block a strike you can make a downward slash easily.
it is very bland, more detail please. and it looks like you used a computer to put the rune on the tassily bit.
Solid work, but rather plain. Farseers are the revered master psykers of the craftworld and their robes should be suitably ornate. Even some stripes along the bottome edge of the robe would help make him seem more elegant. THe major flaw I see is the sword. It's backwards; the blade should be facing up. Good work overall, though.
