Axenarf, Armoured Ogre

This is another release from Hasslefree Miniatures and sees Kev's second generation of Ogres... the dude's worked out how to wear armour now :) . There is a lot of metal on him and not being the world's best at nmm I went for a wierd rusted green instead. I don't know why, it just seemed fun. Other than that glowy runes always make for a good start and a bit of messing with balsa wood for the base (and the bugger went and broke it ;) ). As always polite comments are welcome :)

Thanks. The runes didn't turn out so well. I am thinking about the best way to redo them but I have a horrible feeling that I'll end up just making them carved, non-glowey runes again. Any suggestions would be muchly appreciated :) - As for the rest, it was really fun doing it, especially the base (odd bases are my new obsession it seems ;) )

Nice smooth paint. The balsa floor is very well done, and I love the color of the armor. The face is nice and Ogrey...Sorry, but the 'glowing runes' don't look like they are glowing, just yellow.
