Goblin Wolf Rider Conversion

The most disappointing thing about this model is that it is not legal for tournaments. I have crossed a GW Night Goblin Fanatic with a Reaper Hell Hound. I was going to use a GW wolf, but they are sculpted to look like they are standing still, or at best, trotting. I wanted it to look like this wolf was flying through the woods and the goblin was just barely hanging on. I am fairly pleased with the paint job as well. However, please do not count off for the base. The model as a whole is part of a diorama and I don't want to touch the base until I have the other models finished. The actual connection between pieces is on the other side, but that side is relatively boring so I decided to show this one. I drilled a hole right at the wolf's shoulder and stuck fanatic's chain (minus the ball) in the hole. Then I sealed the hole with WhiteStuff and made it look like hair. The idea is that the chain wraps around the wolf's neck, but is obscured from sight by the thick coat. Please let me know what you think.

Sometimes you walk the dog and sometimes the dog walks you. I like the painterly quality that the shading has. It's nice to see that as an alternative to the smooth styles. Looks great.
