I'm pleased how the color combo worked out here. I wanted this fairy to fit right in with my Arcana Unearthed game, only to take a closer look and find that she's wearing lengerie with skulls.
Heck, with that, she's clearly evil, so I dumped my original idea and gave her that "watch your back" look to her.
And yes, she also reminds me of the cover art of those H mangas.

As for her base, I placed her on top of a 25mm round mirror to try and see if my clear water effect would reflect her image (I've seen ppl do it with resin kits). It half works. But I think my water effect looks better than my previous attempts.

A excellent job and an inspiration for me to paint mine. I noticed the dark look of her too and felt the fairy wings were out-of-place, so I modded her with a pair of demon wings. she makes an excellent Succubus; I just gotta paint her. I especially love the way you did the hair and her matching accessories. :D

Very nice! You've brought out details in this mini that I hadn't ever noticed in other versions I've seen. The wings and face are particular standouts for me. I agree the sand is maybe a little too orange, but in a way I think the contrast of the cheery, tropical setting highlights the sinister look of the fairy.
